After a stressful and eventful few days we decided to take a moment to just relax. Hot chocolate and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were in order. This time, instead of using typical chocolate chips we smashed up organic fair trade chocolate bars (John likes white chocolate, Juli likes bittersweet…how do we get along?).
